Communicate For Life, LLC is owned/operated by Laura F. Richardson, MA, CCC-SLP. Since graduating from Kutztown University in 2007, Laura has provided speech, language, swallowing, and behavior supports in a variety of settings including: public, private, and charter schools, early intervention, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care. She obtained her master's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2009 and a graduate certificate from The Pennsylvania State University in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2009. She is currently working on her dissertation to complete her Ph.D. at The Pennsylvania State University (2010-present), where her studies have focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, and the transition to adulthood for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Laura's dissertation aims to serve adult beginning communicators residing in group homes in Pennsylvania.
